Congratulations to Loraine Binion Hardy, Kimberly Higgins Mays, and the Arts Facet for planning a heartwarming event at Elizabeth House (EH). It’s a Family Gingerbread Affair took place on December 2, 2021 with a very receptive audience.
Because of COVID Protocols, we were unable to hold the event in person but that did not stop the show!
A delicious dinner of chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried beans, and mixed salad was provided to the families in residence. In addition to dinner 14 gingerbread house kits were delivered to EH. Everyone had a wonderful time and the activity fostered a stronger a sense of community.
