The Oakland Bay Area Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is considering your student as a Debutante or Escort in the 2025 Cotillion. This will be our 63rd Cotillion and will highlight the achievements of outstanding young women and men of African ancestry who are active in the community. The formal event will take place on December 20, 2025. The entire experience involves service projects, community service through fundraising, workshops on preparing for the future, and rehearsals for the event. Please provide your candid comments regarding this student’s qualifications to participate in this event.
