As many of you know, today was National Voter Registration Day and OBAL was out in force! We took the opportunity to participate in McClymond High School’s Unity Day which is an open house of the clubs and extra circular activities available at the school. Congratulations to Link Radonna Scott 2nd VP of Programs, Link Valarie Kelly NTS Facet Chair & Kelly Johnson NTS Facet Co-chair for organizing our “Your Voice Your Vote” event at McClymonds High School.
Organized by Link Valarie Kelly OBAL we had an amazing booth with voter registration forms, OBAL Sister Links and refreshments for the students. In addition to Link Valarie Kelly I want to thank you to those OBAL Sister Links that were able to lend a helping hand today: Links Juliette Dunn, Terri Porter, Denise Smith, Winnie Smith, Carolyn Watson, Charlene Rogers and Pat Forneret. We had a great start to our Program at McClymonds High School, “Beyond Barriers – Making a Local and Global Impact.”
