Six (6) current residents and four (4) previous residents attended this evening. The program began with greetings provided by Link Shakeya, an overview given by Link Valarie, and a pre-survey administered by Link Michele D. Link Valarie presented the segment “What is Activism” and Link June facilitated the game “Who’s that Activist” word scramble. These activities were followed by the segment “How to be an Effective Activist” presented by Link Valarie, post-survey questions administered by Link Michele, closing comments and reflections given by Link Valarie, and Link Shakeya thanked the attendees for their participation and engagement.

This educational evening was filled with good energy, new learning, and joy.
Feedback was very positive. One of the Elizabeth House alums shared that she met us at one of our EH events in 2020. She said that it was because of our programs that she voted for the first time.
One more indication that we are making a difference!
Congratulations, NTS for a job well done!!!
