Reservations for the Cotillion will be taken beginning May 15, 2016 at the orientation meeting; however the full Debutante fee ($2000) must be paid prior to payment for table reservations. Reservations are placed via our website at www.oaklandbayarealinks.org our. Reservations Co-chairs are Ms. Andrea (Cece) Green and Ms. Sabrina Brutus. To ensure adequate seating for parents, relatives, and friends of the Debutantes and Escorts, all reservations should be completed no later than December 3, 2016. Only the Debutante’s family may place reservations for the “family table.”
Tables seat 10 guests. Tickets are $150.00 per person.
Family Tables: $1,200
Table selections will be made on October 16, 2016. The priority for family table section will be determined by the order in which full payment reservations are received. As soon as the payment is received, the reservations will be placed on a list in chronological order. This priority system will be followed for guest tables as well. Only the family tables are one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200.00) since the deb and escort fees include two seats at the family table. All other tables are $1500.00
Guest Tables: $1,500.00
All other tables are guest tables and will be selected from the Guest Section. You must pay in full for guest tables (10 guests, $1,500.00). Sales are on a per table basis only. No individual tickets will be sold. Upon receipt of a full table payment, your name will be recorded in order for participation in the table selection process.
Important Note: Each debutante family will select ONE family table on the immediate periphery of the dance floor. In the event there are more debutantes than there are tables on the periphery of the floor, priority will be given to tables immediately behind those on the periphery. This is the family table which includes the Debutante, Escort, Debutante parents, Escort parents, and other family members and friends.
